Separating marketing and technology from main blog

Hurrrrah!!! Finally got some wordpress style blogskin, so decided to have the blogs differentiated on basis of posts being on general, marketing and technology topics. Havent checked blogger beta, so guess this is a cool stupid hack to have categories ;)
Please browse using the main three tabs on main menu to shift between these three topic wise posts.
Ahhhh... a new beginning :)
Am loving it... already :D
